David Hinton

Having joined Fertility and Surrogacy Legal Group in 2019, David has over 15 years of experience working in law representing both companies and individuals. From reviewing and analyzing sensitive financial information relating to compliance and business transactions to managing class actions, David brings his contract expertise to the firm to help our clients navigate the complexities of the fertility legal process.

David grew up in St. Louis, Missouri, but followed his passion for law and sunshine to attend the University of San Diego School of Law. Although he misses ice hockey on the frozen lakes in the winter, he found his home in San Diego and now considers himself a local after 20 years. Recently, he and his wife Karissa are the proud parents of their son Harvey, and David is overjoyed and excited to have the opportunity to help others start their own beautiful family.
