Candy Champa is the firm’s Business Manager and a dedicated professional with extensive experience in accounting, marketing, and administration.

A San Diego native, Candy earned her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice Administration from San Diego State University in 2008, followed by a Master’s Degree in Communications from National University in 2010. She began her career in real estate during college and, shortly after completing her undergraduate degree, transitioned into law firm accounting—where she has built her career ever since.

At FSLG, Candy manages the firm’s high-volume trust accounting for agencies and private clients while overseeing daily office operations. Her commitment to precision, efficiency, and service helps intended parents and surrogates reach their family goals with confidence and peace of mind. Working alongside Karly, she ensures the firm’s financial department upholds the highest standards of transparency and accuracy.

Outside the office, Candy enjoys spending time with her family, fishing with her boyfriend and their golden retriever, Daisy, as well as pursuing her passions for endurance running and fashion design.
